30 Second Bloom with Agitation - 30g of Water
Total Brew Time 3 Minute 30 Seconds
Taste - This brew came out super chocolate-y, sweet and smooth with a great sweetness that tasted more milk chocolate-y. It had a delicious nutty finish to it, which only got more delicious as it cooled down.

Origin: Aranca Barbara, Copan
Variety: Catuai
Altitude: 1360MASL

Taste Notes: Banana, Pineapple, Coconut Cream

Total Brew Time 3 Minute 30 Seconds
Taste - The overwhelming first taste of this coffee was sweet fruits (on a similar line to pineapple!). The cup was super smooth, super creamy with next to no acidity. It was DELICIOUS.
