Papua New Guinea Sigri
Profile - Full bodied, slight acidity.
Roast - Medium

1x packet (9g)
Recommended brew - 220ml water
20ml bloom, 2 minute 30 total brew time.
Super chocolatey, very balanced and smooth.
Day 10
Ethiopian Mocha
Profile - Light, Winey, Full of Flavour
Roast - Light/Medium
The brew
V60
1x packet (9g)
Recommended brew - 220ml water
20ml bloom, 2 minute 30 total brew time.
This coffee ended up darker than I was expecting, it was still drinkable just a bit too acidic for my taste.
Day 11
Indian Tuk
Profile - Well-rounded and lighter in taste
Roast - Medium/Dark
The brew
V60
1x packet (9g)
Recommended brew - 220ml water
20ml bloom, 2 minute 30 total brew time.
Again, I'm not the fondest on dark roasts.
This one would probably suit the "generic" coffee drinkers. This probably also would've suited an espresso more.
