Pallets Home Brewing Coffee Workshop

Do you want to learn more about coffee and how to brew to the best coffee you can at home? Do you want to impress your coffee obsessed friends when they come over? Pallets Tea and Coffee House presents the first of many at home brewing workshops.

Taught by myself and Dom, we will take you through the steps from coffee plant to cup. How coffee is grown, how it's processed, and how it's roasted to become the bean we know to make delicious cups of coffee.

The first home brewing workshop will run on the 19th of December from 5pm-7pm.

So, what brewing techniques can you learn from the workshop?
- Tasting coffee, we will hold a small cupping session with coffees that have very specific flavours to help you understand how to taste coffee to it's true potential - why is it important to taste coffee.
- Mokka pot (stove top) brewing, for strong espresso like coffee.
- French Press (cafetiere) brewing, including a frothing milk tutorial using a french press.
- V60 brewing, for a more light flavourful coffee.
- Aeropress brewing, for a more bold filter coffee.

You will also receive recipe cards for whichever brewing method you will use at home, as well as having the opportunity to buy coffee equipment as well as coffee beans from Moonroast (which we can grind if you don't have a grinder at home)

For just £25 broaden your coffee knowledge, gain lifelong coffee skills and be introduced to the speciality coffee scene.
